Our Production Team Receive Your Order

After working with your design consultant to refine your ideas and preferences for your order, it lands with our production team. Masters of running the operational side of things, they'll review the design and assign each crafting stage to our specialists – from CAD designers to goldsmiths and setters – ensuring every stage meets our exacting standards and your timeline.

Your Diamond is Set With Microscope Precision

Our steady-handed diamond setters then work under microscopes to place and secure each diamond with incredible precision. From tiny melee diamonds, finishing with the all-important centre diamond. The claws are shaped, tightened and finished by hand with the utmost attention to creating a symmetrical, secure and refined setting.
